RESPONSES REQUESTED!

Health Insurance Contact Wally Berman Requests Your Help…

We are in the process of gathering information from FPMA member firms so that we can hopefully establish a fully insured health insurance program. It would be for member firms that wish to participate. We have received responses from approximately 125 firms.

However, we need a substantially greater amount to participate in the questionnaire before we can submit to the insurance carriers for them to establish rates and put a program together.

This program will be based on the insurance carrier's participation requirements. Which means the more responses we have the greater the chance we have of getting the best rates possible.

Contact Wally Berman for a copy of the questionnaire at fpmafl@aol.com or
